Who we can't
Written as a realistic starting point. Nothing here goes live until you've approved it professionally.
Make a referral
Takes about 90 seconds. You'll get a reference number by email immediately.
Health information is special category data under UK GDPR and this form isn't the right place for it. We'll take anything clinical directly from you by phone once we've made contact.
You'll get an email with a reference number straight away. We contact the person within three working days, and we email you the outcome — contacted, started, or unable to proceed — so you can close the loop on your side.

A professional has to evidence what they did with a patient. The reference number and the visible timeline are what make you the easy referral to make again — and every outcome recorded here becomes a number in your next funding application.
A demo of the phone agent — you can actually talk to it.
Press the microphone, allow access, and speak the way a caller would. It answers out loud. If the microphone is blocked, type instead — it still speaks back.
