Website · booking · referrals · phone

Hello Maxine.
Here is what I would
build for you.

You asked what I would recommend. Rather than describe it, I have built a working version you can click through, designed the brand around it, and priced the whole thing. It is all on this page.

First, what I heard

You are running two businesses, not one

Your personal training practice and Maximise It Wellbeing CIC share a name, a founder and a purpose — but they sell to completely different people. Everything below follows from that.

Individuals
Decide in minutes. Want to trust you, see a price, and get a slot this week.
GPs & social prescribers
Decide in weeks. Want qualifications, eligibility, safeguarding and a referral they can evidence.
Funders & partners
Want social purpose and, eventually, numbers that prove it worked.

For you

Train with me

Sessions, sports massage and classes. Prices shown plainly, booked from the site.

For organisations

Refer or partner with us

Eligibility, safeguarding, and a referral that comes back with a reference number.

One website, two clearly signed front doors. Kept together, the CIC borrows your professional credibility and the training business borrows the community proof no solo trainer can manufacture.

It already works. Go and try it.

Not a picture of a website — a working one. Book a session, make a referral, get a reference number back. Even talk to the receptionist.

Best on a laptop, but it works on your phone too.

Your brand, kept

I would not touch your identity

The magenta, the acid green, the heartbeat mark — genuinely distinctive, and it stays. What it needs is a calmer frame so it reads as confident rather than loud when a GP opens it at their desk.

Community voice

Move well.
Feel well.
Live well.

Bold and uppercase for classes, events and EmpowerHealth — where the job is energy.

Professional voice

Refer someone into a structured, insured wellbeing programme.

Calm and sentence case for referrals and partnerships — where the job is trust.

One change I would recommend

Your quote graphics run magenta on black at small sizes. It looks striking, and it is genuinely hard to read for anyone with low vision — which, given who you work with, matters. A slightly brighter pink on black fixes it completely.

The phone

An agent that answers the calls you cannot

You are hands-on with a client, or mid-class on a Thursday. An answering service takes a message; this takes the booking — into the same diary as the website, with a text confirmation from your own number.

And it knows when to stop. It says it is an AI, it never gives health or exercise advice, it will not take clinical detail over the phone, and anything involving distress or safeguarding stops the booking and comes straight to you. You can hear all of that yourself in the demo.

The offer

What it costs

Phase 1 is a complete, live website — not a placeholder. Everything after it is a separate decision you take later, and nothing needs rebuilding to get there.

Phase 1 · the website

Live in three weeks

  • All your pages, written and designed around your brand
  • Online booking for training, massage and classes
  • The referral system, with reference numbers and alerts
  • Newsletter sign-up, tagged so professionals and clients get different emails
  • Your HiHello QR code pointed at a purpose-built page
  • Privacy and consent wording, done properly
  • Domain, hosting and a training session so you can update it yourself
Website build
£1,500

Our published Business tier — up to 8 pages, CRM, bookings and Stripe.

Referral engine
£450

The bespoke part: structured referrals, reference numbers, outcome logging and the GDPR pack. Not on our standard price list because nobody else asks for it.

£1,950 total, payable in two. CIC invoice available for grant funding.

Ongoing

Care plan

  • Hosting, domain, security, backups and monitoring
  • An hour of changes a month — events, classes, prices, photos
  • Support by email and phone, and a monthly summary of enquiries and bookings
Care plan
£59/mo

Rolling monthly, cancel any time. No separate hosting bill. Buy the site outright later for £2,500 if you would rather own the code.

Add-on · the phone agent

AI receptionist, answering and booking

  • Your own local number, answered 24 hours a day
  • 300 minutes included each month, then 30p a minute
  • Books into the same diary as the website
  • Text confirmations sent from your number
  • Safeguarding and no-advice rules written in and tested with you
Setup
£199

Your own local number, provisioned and trained.

Then
£149/mo

300 minutes included, then 30p a minute.
£179/mo for the Front Desk bundle — the phone agent and the talking website on your site, sharing one brain.

What the phone agent has to earn

At your own rates, one recovered hour of training is £40. Four calls a month that would otherwise have gone unanswered covers the fee — and a single recovered ten-hour block at £350 covers it for over two months. Judge it on your own numbers after ninety days.

Hear it for yourself, right now

Call 020 4577 0439. That is our AI receptionist answering the line for a London security firm, live, today. Not a recording and not a demo — a real business relying on it. Yours would sound like you, and know your prices.

Would you rather pay nothing upfront?

If the £1,950 is awkward against grant timing, there is an all-in monthly route instead: £497/mo covers the website, the receptionist on your own number, SEO and the CRM with nothing to pay up front — and we currently hold that at £397/mo for life for the first ten businesses. Cancels monthly either way. Say which suits and I will redo the numbers.

All figures exclude VAT. Photography is not included and is the one thing I would genuinely push you to budget for.

If you want to go ahead

What happens next

  1. You have a lookClick through the demo and tell me what feels wrong. Nothing here is fixed.
  2. We talk for half an hourYour programmes, your criteria, and anything I have guessed at that needs correcting.
  3. Week oneContent session, structure agreed, and the home page designed for your sign-off.
  4. Weeks two and threeBuild, then your review, referral testing, and launch.

What I would need from you

Your logo files, ideally the originals Photos of you and of real sessions Qualifications as you want them listed Insurance details for the referral page What Maximise & Rebuild involves EmpowerHealth membership details Your class and event schedule Your CIC registration number
Everything on this page is a draft for you to approve

I have written the copy, the referral criteria and the agent's rules as a realistic starting point, using only what you sent me. Anything that reads as a health claim, and anything about your own story, gets your explicit sign-off before it goes anywhere near the public.
