Website · booking · referrals · phone
You asked what I would recommend. Rather than describe it, I have built a working version you can click through, designed the brand around it, and priced the whole thing. It is all on this page.
First, what I heard
Your personal training practice and Maximise It Wellbeing CIC share a name, a founder and a purpose — but they sell to completely different people. Everything below follows from that.
For you
Sessions, sports massage and classes. Prices shown plainly, booked from the site.
For organisations
Eligibility, safeguarding, and a referral that comes back with a reference number.
One website, two clearly signed front doors. Kept together, the CIC borrows your professional credibility and the training business borrows the community proof no solo trainer can manufacture.
Not a picture of a website — a working one. Book a session, make a referral, get a reference number back. Even talk to the receptionist.
Best on a laptop, but it works on your phone too.
Your brand, kept
The magenta, the acid green, the heartbeat mark — genuinely distinctive, and it stays. What it needs is a calmer frame so it reads as confident rather than loud when a GP opens it at their desk.
Community voice
Move well.
Feel well.
Live well.
Bold and uppercase for classes, events and EmpowerHealth — where the job is energy.
Professional voice
Refer someone into a structured, insured wellbeing programme.
Calm and sentence case for referrals and partnerships — where the job is trust.
Your quote graphics run magenta on black at small sizes. It looks striking, and it is genuinely hard to read for anyone with low vision — which, given who you work with, matters. A slightly brighter pink on black fixes it completely.
The phone
You are hands-on with a client, or mid-class on a Thursday. An answering service takes a message; this takes the booking — into the same diary as the website, with a text confirmation from your own number.
And it knows when to stop. It says it is an AI, it never gives health or exercise advice, it will not take clinical detail over the phone, and anything involving distress or safeguarding stops the booking and comes straight to you. You can hear all of that yourself in the demo.
The offer
Phase 1 is a complete, live website — not a placeholder. Everything after it is a separate decision you take later, and nothing needs rebuilding to get there.
Our published Business tier — up to 8 pages, CRM, bookings and Stripe.
The bespoke part: structured referrals, reference numbers, outcome logging and the GDPR pack. Not on our standard price list because nobody else asks for it.
£1,950 total, payable in two. CIC invoice available for grant funding.
Rolling monthly, cancel any time. No separate hosting bill. Buy the site outright later for £2,500 if you would rather own the code.
Your own local number, provisioned and trained.
300 minutes included, then 30p a minute.
£179/mo for the Front Desk bundle — the phone agent and the talking
website on your site, sharing one brain.
At your own rates, one recovered hour of training is £40. Four calls a month that would otherwise have gone unanswered covers the fee — and a single recovered ten-hour block at £350 covers it for over two months. Judge it on your own numbers after ninety days.
Call 020 4577 0439. That is our AI receptionist answering the line for a London security firm, live, today. Not a recording and not a demo — a real business relying on it. Yours would sound like you, and know your prices.
If the £1,950 is awkward against grant timing, there is an all-in monthly route instead: £497/mo covers the website, the receptionist on your own number, SEO and the CRM with nothing to pay up front — and we currently hold that at £397/mo for life for the first ten businesses. Cancels monthly either way. Say which suits and I will redo the numbers.
All figures exclude VAT. Photography is not included and is the one thing I would genuinely push you to budget for.
If you want to go ahead
I have written the copy, the referral criteria and the agent's rules as a realistic starting point, using only what you sent me. Anything that reads as a health claim, and anything about your own story, gets your explicit sign-off before it goes anywhere near the public.
